I’m a 23 year old PhD student. I run this blog in my spare time along with a contributing author, Lucy.
I’ve been vegetarian all my life and was diagnosed as Coeliac in 2014. In the summer of 2015 I was diagnosed with IBS-D.
This blog is to inspire others to cook for themselves, or review gluten free vegetarian convenience foods and eateries!
I post recipes every Monday and other blog posts such as product reviews, awareness posts, opinion posts and advice every Friday.
You will find my recipes are all both gluten and meat free. Due to my IBS-D I also try to avoid the following foods; onions, garlic, leeks, fennel, spring onion, peas, beans (all kinds), soya/tofu and chilli. You probably won’t see these ingredients included in my recipes, but feel free to add them when you make them yourselves!
You may notice that I have, where I am able, made my recipes either dairy free or vegan. This is not for myself, but for those of you that I know have other dietary needs and to try to include as many people as possible.
